And if you know me personally, you should know I don’t say things like that often. I’ve been on a diet using the iPhone app “Lose It!” for three days now (consisting of a 1,256 cal. budget). I’ve been doing really well keeping up with it (i’m normally a foodaholic). I’ve also started doing mini work outs including using my treadmill. Im allowing myself one cheat day a week. My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds and tone up.
